1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this website is Stein Logics.
For any question or request about your personal data, write to info@steinlogics.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the contact form:
- Name and email (required).
- Phone and company (optional).
- Any answers you choose to give us about your project or need.
- Minimal technical data generated by our hosting services, such as IP address and access logs, used for security and operation.
Please do not include passwords, card details or sensitive data (for example health, racial origin, political opinions, religion or sex life) in the form.
3. Purpose
We use your data to answer your inquiry, assess your need, prepare a proposal and keep the commercial communication related to that inquiry. We also use it to protect the site against abuse and automated submissions (for example, per-email rate limits).
We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects on you or for third-party advertising.
4. Consent and nature of the answers
By submitting the form, after ticking the acceptance box, you give your free, express and informed consent to the processing described in this policy (art. 5 of Law 25.326).
Providing the fields marked as required is necessary for us to reply; if you do not provide them we cannot handle your inquiry. All other answers are optional. Data must be accurate and up to date; you can ask us to correct it at any time.
5. Recipients and providers
We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for commercial purposes. We process it through service providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality, to host the site and our contact management system, store the database and send emails (currently Vercel, Supabase and Resend).
We will only disclose your data to authorities when required by law or a court order.
If you prefer to contact us through WhatsApp, that communication is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may store or process data on servers located outside Argentina, including the United States, countries that may not offer a level of protection equivalent to Argentina's (art. 12 of Law 25.326).
The transfer takes place with your informed consent, given when you submit the form, and with providers that apply security and confidentiality measures.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting commercial relationship. If the inquiry does not proceed, we delete or anonymize it no later than 24 months after the last communication, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access for those who need the data, and abuse controls. No internet-connected system is completely secure; if an incident affects your data we will assess its impact and act as required by applicable law.

As a data subject you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data (arts. 14, 16 and related provisions of Law 25.326).

To exercise your rights write to info@steinlogics.com from the email address you used in the form, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information to verify your identity.
10. Cookies
This site uses a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
